A connection is one linked social account — a Facebook Page, an Instagram Business account, a YouTube channel, and so on. Free is 3 total (1 per platform), Starter is 8 (1 per platform), Growth is 15 (3 per platform), Business is 50 (any mix of platforms), and Enterprise is unlimited. Whichever cap fires first — per-platform OR total — is what stops you adding more, so you always have room across all 8 supported platforms on paid tiers.
Nothing breaks immediately. You get a 30-day grace period during which existing connections keep publishing normally and we email you to reconnect or upgrade. After 30 days, the oldest over-limit connections are hibernated — they stay visible on /connections but won't publish until you upgrade or free up a slot.
You'll see an upgrade prompt in the composer + a link to /settings/billing. Credit packs for topping up mid-cycle are coming soon — email us if you need one now.
Yes — upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Your data stays put either way.

AI text calls include captions, hashtags, rewrite, translate, and enhance-prompt — the router uses Gemini / GPT under the hood. AI images are generated pictures. Free tier uses Flux Schnell only; every paid plan unlocks all 4 models (Flux Schnell, Flux Pro, GPT-image-1, Ideogram v3). The difference between paid tiers is the monthly image quota, not the models.
